Cognito Forms Renewal
Decided to switch to a 1 year plan for Cognito Forms
Zimfest 2022 Update
Relatively few live performance and teacher applications were received compared to pre-recorded sessions. Applications close Feb 28; decision to be made at that time. Options include:
- Pivot to all virtual, as in 2021
- Cut down on the duration of the festival but still allow for some gathering.
- Consider costs in deciding what to cut.
If we proceed with live festival, proof of insurance is needed for BOTH Skagit Fairgrounds and Lincoln Theatre 90 days prior (March 24th)
OC progress: reservation forms completed for SCF and Lincoln, awaiting contracts; waiting on live festival decision for Senior Center paperwork and Marketplace apps. Food concessions/trucks present new wrinkle – many want guarantees if they are to come for a small event: working on it. OC currently reaching out to prospective applicants and volunteers, Save the Date cards sent.
COVID Safety Committee & Tech Committee Update
On schedule. Almost done developing content for Cognito Forms for people to send their vaccine info.
Reevaluate Background Check Policies
Currently required for board members and teachers (per board minutes 2-20-2019). Should it extend to performers, volunteers or beyond? Need to check with the festival insurance company to see what is required.
