Approve July/August Minutes/Synopsis & Village Meeting (All)
July and August minutes approved. Village Meeting notes are not complete yet.
Zimfest 2021 Loose Ends (Claire)
- All performers and presenters got paid.
- Registration for recordings of Live workshops will be open through September – little interest. Some teachers will need additional payments in October
- OC Decision is to NOT send out a survey
Treasurer Duties (continued)
Need to set up recurring payments to Gary Spalter for payroll services.
ZATC Report (Janis)
The ZA Tech Committee has reviewed RegFox as a membership management system and proposes adoption. Voted yes on renewing annual membership on purchase date.
