Zimfest Membership Survey Results (Janis)
No new information yet.
OC Update (Claire)
- Evergreen update: summer 2020 events to be re-scheduled for 2021 after on-campus events scheduled. There were only a few dates that Claire sent in of weekends to avoid. Will wait to hear what we are offered. Full deposit refunded!
- Gary Spalter proposal to put his payment on hold for the time being – consider it a donation? – Board agreed
- Website homepage redesign: proposal to use some cuts from 2000 Zimfest CD (and sell on Bandcamp?) or other Zimfests for website: performance licensing and *ACTION* needed please (No digital media volunteer found yet.)
- Mandy will help get the 2000 ZF CD up, she has mp3s already. Janis will scan the liner notes and send them to her.
- Performer and Composer licensing are separate and needed, only if it is under copyright.
- Online Engagement
- Thanks Janis for the Zimfest Online logo!
- Online Presentations coming starting in June using UO or UCSC Zoom rooms. Participants will be asked to register on RegFox and donate usual amount ($10/hour); we will pay presenters according to same pay scale as onsite
- 3 online presentations scheduled for June, Tendai says he is going to donate the money back
- Interviews – free PSAs – now a project of Claire and website committee – 1st one Moyo Mutamba 3/24 – 2pm PST
- Volunteer Coordinators Zimfest is Family project – first highlight is done
- N.B. rest of 2020 OC is on hiatus except those involved in the above projects
- Radio5 – Live streaming 2021 Zimfest is still a possibility

Chris has been working on it. A request for tax extension is not needed.
