Dear Zimfest Friends,
Giving Tuesday is almost here (December 2nd) — and there’s no better time to support Zimfest!
Make a difference with a tax-deductible donation, triple matched up to $3,000! And don’t forget to check if your employer offers matching gifts on top of that!
If you haven’t yet joined or renewed your Zimfest Association membership, this Giving Tuesday is the perfect opportunity. It’s an easy way to give back and help ensure the festival continues to thrive and grow for years to come.
Thank you for being part of the Zimfest family. Your support keeps this community strong, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you again in 2027.
With gratitude,
The Zimfest Association Board

Because of the “claim my account” aspect of the renewal process, it’s very difficult to renew membership. In fact I wasn’t able to and our membership expired on 12/23/25. Is there a way to renew without navigating the maze here?
Hi Toni, Glad to see you want to renew your membership! Your comment says your membership expire(d) on 12/23/25 which is still three weeks away – so if that date is correct, I would wait until the 23rd to try to renew!
Breaking news!!
Another generous member of the community has expanded our triple-match fund to $3,500!! Let’s keep those donations rolling in so Zimfest Can take advantage of these very appreciated and much-needed pledges!
Toni, I think it’s easy to log in — if you know your password (or it’s stored in your browser) for the RegFox Registration & Membership Manager. If you already did the “claim my account” once, even years ago, I don’t think you’ll need to do it again, at least that’s been my experience. But I’m far from an expert on the membership system.
Also, I think you can renew before your membership expires.
Please see the Zimfest Membership System User Guide, where there is a lot of useful information. (There’s a link to it near the bottom of the Membership – Join or Renew web page.)
Thanks, Claire. I found what I was doing wrong and learned our membership is on auto renew so I’m all set.
