Community Time / Village Meeting

Sunday (Post-Festival), July 3, at 2 p.m. PDT, on Zoom

The Zimfest Association has set aside this time shortly after the physical festival for the community to gather virtually and consider together topics that are vital to our community. We refer to this time as the Zimfest Village Meeting. The Zimfest 2022 Organizing Committee (OC) and Zimfest Association Board of Directors cordially invite all Zimfest participants, including Zimbabweans, to join us for this meeting.

The Village Meeting serves as the required annual public Zimfest Association business meeting. It also provides an opportunity for us, the ZA Board of Directors, and OC, to hear from our community, and for you to voice your opinions about the Festival and how it is organized. This meeting is usually where the seeds of next year’s Festival are planted.
